Be with people who knows/know
I came across the following quote today. I wonder why "knows" was used instead of "know". Is it a famous quote?
" Be with people who knows your worth, you don't need too many people to be happy, just a few real ones who appreciate you for who you are. "
Any explanation would be appreciated. Thanks :)

You are correct, the word should be "know" instead of "knows".
I am not familiar with the quote and do not think it is a famous one.

It's definitely "know"..Probably it's a typing error !

It should be ''know'' instead of ''knows''because the word ''people''refers to plural. I have googled it and found both. I guess someone read the original correct one, wrote it again incorrectly and spread it all over the internet.
