May I ask if below sentence is correct?
"I will try to use to your scary smile"I mean to say... i will try to like my colleague's scary smile...That's why I said "use to".. but I am not sure he understand what i am saying

It's not exactly grammatically incorrect, but it doesn't make much sense. Usually when you refer to "using [body or body part]" it's in reference to your own body. For example:
"I used my cute smile to charm him."
The only way I could see your sentence making sense would be if an authority figure was using someone else for their own gain. For example:
"The mobster used his henchmen to intimidate his enemies. 'I'll try to use your scary smile', he'd say to them."
Maybe you can give us some context to help you find a more natural way of expressing what you want to say?
