"Body Elective"
What does "The Science of the Body Elective" mean? Does it mean the science that lets you choose your body (among a range of different bodies)? "Body Elective" sounds weird to me.Maybe "Body Elective" means "Body Replacement"?

Without more context, it's impossible to say.
An 'elective body' is a group of people entitled to vote on particular issues, but
'Body Elective' is not a normal expression. If it's a title, it could be a play on words, referencing the phrase 'body electric', which is known from a 19th-century poem and various later works.
Writers often give their works titles that are deliberately vague and unusual. This attracts readers' attention, sparks their curiosity and makes the work stand out.

Wait. Do you mean "The science of the body" elective or "The science of the body elective"? It could refer to an elective school course called "The science of the body". The context would really help here.

Can you give the context? I've seen your questions before. You read a lot of academic nonsense.
