Pink Floyd is a great rock band.:) Their particular style of rock n roll is considered "psychedelic rock," because it was closely associated with the drug culture of the late 60's and early 70's. (Some other famous psychedelic rock bands include The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, and the Greatful Dead) Anyway, it's basically just a pot joke. He's asking if he's smoking tobacco or marijuana.
