What is the difference between لك and عندك,
عندي, لي and so on? I know it means you have, I have but what is the difference?

عند = at
لــ = for
The ك or ـك denotes "you"
that would make the above as:
1. at you = around/with/have you
2. for you = to/for you

Like you said, they both mean "You have", but the lit. translation will be a bit different :
عِنْدَكَ = in your possession
لَكَ = for you
