'Take it with a pinch of salt' in French? In English, there is a saying "to take it with a pinch of salt" which means to not take something so seriously. How would you phrase this in French? Thank you, Merci!

I'd say: N'en fais pas tout un plat / N'en fais pas tout un fromage. It's in a negative way but the meaning is approximately the same.
