3)The best company for me are my best friend and my family.
4)My best friend is the best company for me.
5)My friends are the best company for me.
6)My best friend and my family are the best company for me.
It's OK to say that a singular thing "is" a plural "things" and vice versa. The subject noun before the verb determines the verb form.
1,4,5,6 are therefore right. "company" is an uncountable singular noun.
