Please help me to translate
I trying to translate this sentence from Harry Potter, and don't understend the noun of word "about" in it.
When Mr. and Mrs. Dursley woke up on the dull, gray Tuesday
our story starts, there was nothing about the cloudy sky outside to
suggest that strange and mysterious things would soon be happening
all over the country.
Is it mean "except the cloud sky" or "even the cloud sky"? actually i try to understand, was the sky cloudy?
and did they suuggest about the next happenings.

Yes, the sky was cloudy. Try reading it this way:
When Mr. and Mrs. Dursley woke up on the dull, gray Tuesday our story starts, the cloudy sky outside gave no suggestion that strange and mysterious things would soon be happening all over the country.
So, strange things would soon be happening, but the sky gave no indication that these things were going to be happening.
Let me know if you need further clarification.
