"Go through" would be almost the same as "go over". However, maybe there are some slight differences. It depends on the situation. If I were a teacher, and I said, 'let's go over the homework' it would maybe be a brief overview of the assignment. If I were to say 'go through' the homework, it would be more in depth, such as notes, instruction, giving the class a full understanding. Hope that helps!

Go through tends to be more extensive ans in explaining the problems and working them out. Where as go over CAN mean just giving you the answer but not always it really just depends on who is saying it. they can be used for the same idea.
