Shall. Using shall is like asking "May I?" or like asking, "will you allow me to....?" Shall I put milk in your tea? Shall I get our coats? Or as a statement of something that you will do in the future: It can actually be replaced by the verb "will": I shall take care of it right away. I shall be in Egypt at that time. Should is used much like the word "must." I should run 3 miles today. I should call him. I should go to the grocery store before I cook.
