How can I say this?
If someone asks me : "Tell me about a movie you really enjoyed".
In fact, I haven't seen movies recently.
How can I answer this?
"It's been a long time since I watched a movie" ( That suggests that I was finally able to watch a movie after a long time, right?)
But how to say it considering that I haven't seen a movie yet?

If the question is "Tell me about a movie you enjoyed RECENTLY", then your answers ("I haven't seen any movies recently", etc.) would be appropriate. However the word "recently" isn't in the question, so you can talk about a movie you saw 10 years ago, if you like.
Some useful sentences:
"My favourite film is..."
"One movie which I really liked was..."
"I really enjoyed..."
If, however, it's been so long since you watched a movie that you can't remember a movie you enjoyed, you can say "It's been so long since I've watched a movie that I can't think of any good films right now"!
By the way: this question sounds a little like it comes from a speaking test. If so, then just saying you can't remember might not be the best option :-P

Hi Milena,
1) Yes, it does convey that meaning, except that you should say:
"It's been a long time since I've watched a movie"
or if that's true for you:
"I have never watched a movie" (if you truly haven't seen any movie yet)
or "It's been a really long time since I've watched a movie"
