Difference between じゃあ、じゃ、では、それでじゃ and それでは?
Anyone can tell me the difference between じゃあ、じゃ、では、それじゃ and それでは?
All of them mean "well, well then, in that case (introducing a sentence to conclude the previous conversation)". There is any difference? When should I use each one? Examples?

それでは is an abbreviation of それでは また はなし ましょう in this case.
では is an abbreviation of それでは and often pronounced じゃ in colloquial.
じゃ(あ), それ じゃ are the casual form of それでは.
There is no difference in meanings at all.
