‘抓住时机‘和‘把握机会’完全一样的意思吗？
These two sentences both mean to 'grasp or take hold of an opportunity' is that correct?

两句话一样,
但时机和机会不太一样,
时机是timing,是指好的,恰当的时候,
例如老板正在生气,这就不是一个好时机去向他请假,
最好等他气消了,再去问他.
机会是opportunity,是指一种可能性,
妳的学校提供奖学金出个念书,
妳想不想把握机会来台湾学中文?

Yes, they are all 'Grasp or take hold of an opportunity'. You can use one of them, or both. If you use both, you strength what you say.

yes,but we should understand what is the 时机and 机会，the 机会 is the person who has got ready for,already prepared,and the 时机 is emphasis on timing,fleeting.
