How to pronounce "eine kirche" - a church
I found this in the older audio course for learning German.
The speaker is pronouncing kirche [ˈkirʃe].
I think, this is the pronunciation for a cherry, but a church should be prononcued [ˈkirxe].
Is it possible to pronouncing eine kirche on both way?

Not really, it should be [x]. Some dialects are a bit sloppy with the distinction, but normally it should be clear whether someone says "Kirche" or "Kirsche".
