How do you call chemical equations in English? How do you call chemical equations, like "MgCl2(aq)+2AgNO3(aq)→2AgCl(s)+Mg(NO3)2(aq)"?? I don't know how to call them, especially "→" mark in equations. Thanks!

We call them Chemical Equations. To find the name for each symbol (For example Mg), go to the Periodic Table of Elements. The "→" is called an arrow, however, when saying the equation out loud we say "X reacts with Y to make V and W". The arrow becomes the "to make". I study Chemistry at A Level in the UK.
