I used pinyin to type out these chinese characters so I could be wrong.. What is the difference between 亲妹妹 and a regular 妹妹?

亲妹妹 is refer to blood related sister. They're related by birth, so they can't get married. Both of them have the same biological parents. 妹妹 is younger sister. I hope this will help you.
