Are both sentences OK?
You are being sad something. I mean "Don't be sad about it."
Beside it, if I say;
It's not worth the hassle.
It's not worth the trouble.
Are both sentences OK?

"It's not worth the hassle," and "it's not worth the trouble" make perfect sense.
However, "Don't be sad about it" feels a little bit strange. "Don't worry about it" or simply "Don't be sad," would be better.. I think it largely depends on the context.

Both sentences are OK. I'd probably say "Don't feel bad about it" or just "Don't be sad" instead.
