I would consider them to be all the same meaning.

Hi. "Precisely" and "exactly" can mean the same thing — they can be both literal and figurative, and affirmative, as in, "So that's how it really happened?" "Yes, exactly/precisely." "Accurately" describes the extent to which something has been done correctly. For example, "He described the scene accurately," but you would never use "accurately" to answer a question in the affirmative like you would "precisely" or "exactly."
