Is this correct, I don't like 'snow/snowing'. It's too cold.? Are they odd? Thank you!!

The correct form is "I don't like snow". You are probably confused because you usually say things like " I don't like reading/playing football/ watching TV. You can say that because you are the one doing the action in those contexts, but you cannot do the snowing :)

I don't like snow (here SNOW is a noun). It is snowing (here SNOWING is a verb). However, I don't like snowing is wrong.
