And should he not be as resourceful as you are. I don't understand well this sentence, "Should he not be as resourceful as you are. " That means 'he might not be resourceful like you'??This is the full sentence. And should he not be as resourceful as you are... I imagine that he has a mother,sister, or female friend that could show him how, if he was really interested.

"Should he not be…." means "if he's not…." or "in the event he isn't." Unfortunately, it's impossible to understand the text, because the last "sentence" (in reality, a dependent clause) is incomplete — there needs to be an additional clause to tell us the consequences. What will happen if he isn't as resourceful as you are?

"And should he not be as resourceful as you are." doesn't seem complete. Did the original have a question mark, or more in the sentence? It means "and if he is not as resourceful as you"
