Hi guys. I was watching this "Friends" tv show. And somebody says "sweet´n'lo" when ask for a coffee (de-caff).
So, I understand the meaning. But, imagine that you are in a cefeteria and you ask for a coffee, then you are talking to your Friends and the waiter give you that coffee and you ask: sweet´n´lo?...Why would you say that?

The name "Sweet'n Low" derives from an 1863 song by Sir Joseph Barnby, which took both its title and lyrics from an Alfred Lord Tennyson poem, entitled The Princess: Sweet and Low.[2]
To be clear, Sweet 'N Low is not coffee.
