How to say I said to have something first then it is mine.
Is there any expression meaning I said to have something first then it is mine. More like a kids game when one child says I will have a toy as I said first I wanted it.

There's actually a specific intonation that is used with, "I saw it first!" The pitch of the voice raises and it's said in an exaggerated, excited way.

In the US, we'd say, "I called it (first)"

In general English, we have the expression 'Finders keepers'. It means that whoever finds something has the right to keep it.
Expressions relating to children's games tend to be region-specific and dialectal. Where I grew up, kids said 'Bagsy' or 'Bags I', as in 'Bags I the first go on the swing!' This isn't something I'd expect to find in a dictionary, and I certainly wouldn't recommend you use it.
It would be interesting to hear what phrases other native speakers used when they were growing up.

The phrase is, "to have dibs on (something)". :)
