2) My full name is Kondrateva Yana Igorevna. I am 24 years old. I was born in Voronezh. It is my native land.
3) I graduated from the Voronezh State University of Engineering Technologies in 2013 year. I studied at the Food Machines and Equipment Faculty. My specialty is Food engineering of small enterprises. Now I’m doing my post graduate course. During my studies at the university I published 38 printed publications и 2 patents.
4) I carry out my research at the field of Freeze concentration of cherry juice under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences Professor Antipov Sergey Tihonovich.
5) The problem of our investigation is receiving of high quility’s concentrated juice product.Concentrated product is condensed juice that is obtained by removing of water from natural juice.
6) Concentration of fluid products is usually accomplished by evaporation or by freezing and it pursues one or several aims:
