Yes, it's a passive. The airline requires all passengers to show their tickets = active All passengers are required to show their tickets = passive

Yeah, this is the passive voice version. If you wanted the active voice, it would be: "We (or whatever the name of the company) require all passengers to show their tickets." Both forms mean the same thing, though.

Passengers is the subject and tickets is the object. What about: Passive: Tickets are required to be shown by all pasengers.
