기분을 전환하려고 OO를 했다. If you are the one doing the things to make yourself feel better.
If you are telling someone to boost your mood: 기분 좋아지게 OO 해봐.
기분 좋아지게 노래 좀 해봐. 기분 좋아지게 춤 좀 춰 봐. -- but these are in imperative mood and sounds cheeky somewhat. You can say them to a close one.
People say 분위기 a lot as well, that means general atmosphere, or air in the room where they're at. So,
분위기 좀 띄워봐. - Do something to up the vibe.
