My best guess would be:
- Firdha => 피르다. /pir(u)da/ * There is no F sound in Korean, so P(ㅍ) is used. "u" is very weak.
- Almas => 알마스. /almasu/ * The last "u"(ㅡ) sound is weak, so it's almost like /almas/.
Usually R after a vowel and not followed by another vowel is written as a separate syllable 르.
L in the same position becomes a ㄹ at the bottom(받침), as in 알.
S becomes a separate 스 unless there's another vowel following it.
Examples:
- Portugal => 포르투갈.
- Nepal => 네팔
- Brazil => 브라질
- Amsterdam => 암스테르담
- Norway => 노르웨이
- Madagascar = 마다가스카르
- Kuala Lumpur => 쿠알라룸푸르
- Laos => 라오스
- Belarus => 벨라루스

If you want to know prounciations of them, you should ask like "let me know the prounciation of fir as in .......in Korean." As you know "fir" doesn't have the only one prounciation.
