Can you say I'm a big fan if you were talking to a model or artist or do you not say that. I really want to know how to say Thank you for the help! ^^

You could say something like: 저는 ABC의 열렬한[열혈] 팬이에요 / 전 ABC 왕팬입니다 / 전 ABC 골수 팬이에요, 
where ABC is the name of the artist, band, etc.

* 열렬한/열혈 팬: passionate fan. 왕팬: big/staunch fan, 골수 팬: bred-in-the-bone fan.
