Someone could help me to understand what does mean As for one's temper?Of course, but in this case it doesn't exist. I need only to complete this phrase :)

"As for" means "regarding" (quanto a)
one works as a pronoun (um).
Temper is the state of mind (temperamento).
So it would be like: "Regarding the own temper"

Temper probably come from "temperature". A bad temper (high temperature) is an aspect of a persons personality. Basically, when someone gets really mad anytime something doesn't go their way we consider them to have a Bad Temper.
Little kids throw temper tantrums when they don't get what they want.
