What is the difference between "round off" and "round up"?
What are the meanings of the two phrases "round off" "round up" in a calculator or in Math situation?

A "round off" means to round up or round down according to the digit you are rounding to.
Round up means you are adding +1 to the last digit (it is implied if you round up that the digit is >= 5).
For example,
0.7 --> 1 I have rounded off and rounded up (in the ones place)
0.2 ---> 0 I have rounded off (to the ones place)
