Study is the EFFORT you put into learning. Learning is transferring knowledge into your brain so that you KNOW something. Once you learn, then you know. We study in order to learn. We can learn some things with NO study, but some complex things may require some study to learn them. ------ He is studying hard but learning nothing. She is studying an hour a day but is learning much. Do I need to study this material to learn it? No, once you read it, understanding (and therefore learning) is immediate.
