Hi friend,
I am a japanese native speaker. I try to translate your sentences.
A)What's your name?
あなたのお名前は何ですか? - anata no onamae ha nan desuka?
B)I miss you.
私はあなたがいなくて寂しいです。 - watashi ha anataga inakute samisii desu.
In my opinion, it is not easy way to learn Kanji. Actually, even i cannot write many kanjis into my sentences. But I can read and pronnounce almost kanjis. For all i know, there are so many japanese ppl as well. if you want to learn it, i reccomend you to read a lot of books which written in japanese. and you should to learn basic kanji's which are based on difficult kanji. then it will be help you what you expect the kanji's mean.
I hope my translation and opinion will be help you.
Thanx
