Hello Mertxe,
Here are some examples, please ask if you have any questions for each.
Today I am wearing my favourite t-shirt.
Today I am dressed in my favourite t-shirt, blue jeans and a hat.
Yesterday at work I wore my tennis shoes.
Today Mary is wearing her hair down.
Tonight I will dress up and go out on the town. (phrasal verb)
I dressed myself this morning. (put on my clothes)

You use the word "wear" when you're talking about clothes on one's body.
Some examples:
I don't like to wear dresses.
My grandmother should not wear tight clothes.
What should I wear to your graduation party?
Don't wear shorts to the mosque.
The bride was wearing a beautiful veil and a white dress.
The criminal wore a blue t-shirt, jeans, and a baseball hat.
El uso es semejante al uso de "llevar."
You would use "dress" when you're talking about putting clothes on or describing someone's style.
Some examples:
We need to leave soon. I better get dressed for the party.
My boyfriend doesn't know how to dress. He wore an ugly t-shirt from the 70s.
Paulo dresses very well--I always see him in nice suits.
