Loan~ I think capital would be used with "a lot of" or "a huge amount of" or "a small amount of" vs big or small. He could finance a large amount. (But not obtain a large finance)

I am wondering whether to choose A or D. What is the difference?

Which one do you think it is? We take a loan. Banks are in the finance business. We will be in debt with a loan. Businesses need operating capital.
