The meaning of right~ I don't know the meaning of right~. For example, right now, right over there, right here etc... If I take away right from a sentence. I can make myself understood to you, can't I? Could you tell me about that in English or Japanese?

To be honest "right," is really just used for emphasis. For example, in the expression "right now," right is put in front of now to leave the listener in no doubt that "now," does not mean in one minute's time, or two minute's time, but rather immediately. You might hear 'They are right here," said as a response to somebody who has said that they "cannot find (something)" where that something is somewhere very obvious and very close to where they are sitting or standing... saying "they are right here," rather than "they are here." is almost a way of saying "how you could you possibly not have seen them?"
