Is it OK to say "you should try to get a good night’s sleep however much work you have to do"? "You should try to get a good night’s sleep however much work you have to do." This sentence sounds weird, doesn't it? Could anyone help me revise it? Thank you!

You should try to get a good night’s sleep, no matter how much work you have to do."

It's pretty good, I would just put in a comma after 'sleep' to add a rest.

Maybe try "You should try to get a good nights sleep no matter how much work you have to do."
