Binigay ko kay John ang mansanas.
- He gives it to John
Binibigay niya ito kay John.
- She gives it to him
Binibigay niya ito sa kanya.

Binigay natin/namin sa kanya ang mansanas.
- Is the apple red?
Pula ba ang mansanas?
- The apples are red
Pula ang mga mansanas.
