Is it casual or Does it look dirty? Is it proper for a guy to send you this?

It's definitely not dirty! My grandma writes this to me in Christmas cards. It literally translates as Kisses and hugs. You use more towards people you're family with, or in a long relationship with.

I wouldn't say it's dirty. It's familiar. I would hope that the guy sending it to you is a close friend at least.
