It is "یکبابخانه". He joint three words together?!?! یک باب خانه
باب is the unique for counting homes so whole expression means " one home".

یکبابخانه = یک باب خانه
It means 'one house'. باب is the counter for 'house' in Persian. 
شش دانگ یک باب خانه = the whole property of one house

Each دانگ is 1/6 of a property. So شش دانگ means 6* 1/6 = 1 or the whole property.
