Hi^^ I saw this sentence : '무대하면서 어깨 든든했습니다'. And I'm not sure to understand its meaning.. I have no problem with '무대하면서', but with the end of the sentence. In Naver it says that '든든하다' means : reassured, confident, reliable. But with 'shoulder' ('어깨')?? Is it an expression ? Does it means something like a 'reassuring presence' ? Thank you in advance~~

무대하면서 어깨 든든했습니다 means "I was reassured while performing on stage" 어깨가 든든하다 has same meaning with 마음이 든든하다. 어깨 or 마음 is just a place holder of 든든하다. There are some idioms of

Shoulder is the bodypart that tells a lot about the persons psyche, especially if someone is nervous or relaxed.... And yes, it's an expression saying that this person feels reassured, fearing nothing (most probably) thanks to the other capable members. (indirectly praising the others on the stage)

Who did write or say this sentence? I don't get it even thoug I'm a Korean. You can use 든든하다 when you feel that someone is rooting for you or when there's a problem ,someone who you can lean on supports you.
