“The operation proposal for XXX in China." “The operation proposal for XXX company in China." Should I put "launch" in this sentence, or this is just fine?

Or if you want to tighten your sentence a little, just say "Launching XXX Company in China". It is clear from your title that it is a proposal, so you do not have to add "proposal" to your ... er.... proposal.

As far as I understood, it could be either 'The Launch of the Operation Proposal in XXX company in China' or 'The operation proposal for launching a XXX company in China' PS - I couldn't stop laughing at this post because of the 'XXX' I'm sorry! XD

Hi Janell, Can I ask if you are referring to the plan to start using the operation proposal in the company ? If so, you may write : The Launch of the Operation Proposal in XYZ company. Hope this helps. Cheers, Lance

The operation proposal to 'erect' a XXX company in China. This sounds more appropriate in this particular sentence!
