How to use '' み’’ ’’さ’’ in Japanese?
I have trouble distinguishing two words. In Japanese, they use '' さ’’ for ''甘さ’’ but ''み'' for '苦み’’
what is the difference between two words? They are both used to turn an adjective into a noun. please help me. thank you

甘さ 甘み 苦さ 苦み
umm good question!
I think 甘み 苦み are used when talking about taste but you can use all of them , actually i think you don't have to care about the difference

”み” は ”味” のことです。
だから、甘味、苦味は食べ物や飲み物についてしか使いません。
甘さ というのは、味のことだけではなく、考えの甘さ(あまりよく考えていないこと)
苦さ というのも、味のことだけではなく、その経験の苦さ(あまりよくない経験)など、
適応する範囲が広がります。
