Hilig ko ang pagluluto (I love cooking). hilig ko ang adobo. (i love adobo) "i" in tagalog is ako or ko . love is "mahal" which usually pertaining to a person (ex: mahal kita , i love you in english) so we use other term like "hilig" . and cooking in tagalog is "luto" . adobo is our famous dish because it is tasty and easy to cook. there are different version of this dish all over the country because we have 7, 107 islands in total so it may be different in ingredients but same in taste.
