Is it a correct sentence? Could anyone tell me if is the lyrics of the song correct? I'm particularly confused by part of the sentence "tell them to me" - why isn't there "tell them about me"? "come find me, tell them to me, look me in the eyes" Is there any explanation for this? Thanks!

Found the lyrics from his website: http://www.robbiewilliams.com/music/single/misunderstood The relevant part is actually: No excuses I won't apologise Or justify your lies Come and find me tell them to me Now look me in the eyes the "them" is the listener's lies. So, he's asking the listener to lie to him.

I found the original song. The antecedent is not clearly stated but it is something like the excuses, justifications, etc. By the way, because "them" is a pronoun, we could only help you if we had the prior context. A pronoun should always clearly refer to a noun which has already been stated (an antecedent). In song lyrics, grammar rules like this are not always strictly followed.

Perhaps his excuses/lies.

I guess "them" could be referring to his stories or experences. (Tell his stories to me.)
