The exact translation to this sentence is : there is a cheese that we have (own)
عندنا in this sentence means we own, or we have
so if we said يوجد جبن , it is just : there is a cheese
again عندنا جبن means "we have cheese" = we own cheese. This sentence has the same meaning + يوجد
يوجد in this sentence like already - something which can be presented right now.

Hi Yuguang,
يوجد is the passive form of the verb وجد /يجد which means to find. So you can translate the sentence literally as (cheese could be found with us).

Note, on the first website they tried to simplify things for you and they expanded the ta marbuta ة into a ta ت for a few feminine words. The words originally would have a ta marbuta, but when you add the ending it turns into a ta. For example warda, flower, is وردة not وردت when it doesn't have the added ending. وردة changes to وردتك when you add the ending to say 'your flower'. This website has some errors in writing. The pronunciation is correct, however, and also there are some very useful examples. Use this to get a feeling for how it works, but for a more professional website look at the second website. Here is a good video for adding 'our' نا https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3NExF9ikto with lots of examples and pronunciation. There are videos for all the pronouns in this series.
