what's the difference "Pull" vs "Put" yourself together

I would like to ask what's the difference of "Pull yourself together" vs "Put yourself together".

"Pull yourself together" means to compose yourself after some emotional upheaval.
"Put yourself together" is not that common. It could be used as above, but more likely it would mean to "get well dressed, put on makeup, get ready to be seen in public, etc." It could also mean to "act more rationally" when said to a person that has a history of making irrational choices. So you see that it depends on context.
