What could be the meaning of the phrase: "You threw up so many bricks so you could probably build a home"?
It was in the song Pl - In the zone.

It's worth noting that this is very much a slang expression. You wouldn't hear my mother say it, for example. It's only really used by people who are in some way involved with basketball, or by young people. I don't watch or play basketball so if I used that expression it would sound a little unnatural or like I was trying too hard to be 'cool'.

Hi Ensomith, Casey is correct. It means trying to get the ball into the basket many times and always missing or having the ball bounce off the basket rim.

I am not sure but "threw up bricks" mean missing the shots in basketball.
