Hulpleerkracht“Finished?” “No, I've got another three questions to do.”
Why don't we use here the pronoun "other"?

The term "Another" means
one more, an additional, an extra. So using this when speaking states to the listener that whatever you have or whatever you are doing there is extra .
Example : " I have another apple" - this shows that the speaker had more than one apple , an additional one .
"No. I've got another three questions to do" this shows the listener that in addition to the question you are doing now, you have three more .
When using the work "other" you would be pointing out to the listener that in addition to the question you are doing , you have something different to do .
Hope this helps
