Hola a todos de la comunidad Italki. Me cuesta llegar a entender como se dice esta frase en español. Por ejemplo, si quisiera decir "The book 'Naked Lunch' and the movie are very different - they almost don't have anything to do with each other besides the title" ¿diría algo como "El libro 'Naked Lunch' y la película son muy diferentes - aparte del título, casi no tienen nada que ver uno con otro"? Gracias por cualquier ayuda.

Sí, has traducido la expresión correctamente, solo que te falta añadir los artículos. La traducción perfecta sería "no tienen nada que ver EL/LA uno/a con EL/LA otro/a"

Hi Ian,
you have done it pretty well. I though that  when we are talking about reciprocal actions always you have to use an article: "casi no tienen nada que ver el uno con el otro". But I've been checking it and apparently both sentences are correct.
