What does "vagabond" mean?
Can we call the poor or homeless people "vagabonds"? Or are they people who always travel?

Vagabond is not a word that we normally use for poor or homeless people now. It was more commonly used in the past to mean a very poor traveler. Now it has more of a meaning of someone who enjoys a simple and carefree life where the person travels around and doesn't work. It would be more normal to see it in a poem, or someone might call themself a vagabond to mean that they don't have a job or a home but they just like travel around having a good time.
