I would say the first one is used jokingly in English - it would be a way of saying you are drunk.
I would advise against the second one for many reasons. I would just say I am full or I have eaten a lot of meat.

Yes, if you mean to say that your stomach is full after drinking or eating but we usually just say "I'm full" without saying what we drank or ate.
